derul robot signal cable application：

It is mainly used for signal connection from the robot base to the control cabinet,in dry or humid rooms,and is used in fixed,vibration and occasional movement situations.The cable is oil-resistant and has excellent EMC shielding effect.

Conductor:Multiple strands of oxygen-free bare copper wire stranded(please specify tinned wire),refer to VDE 0295 class 6/IEC 60228 class 6 standard;

Insulation:special modified PVC/TPE/ETFE;

Insulation marking:Colored wire core markings refer to DIN 47100 standard;

Aggregated structure:Each two cores are twisted in pairs,and then all pairs are re-twisted at an optimized pitch;each layer is specially adjusted and covered with non-woven material;

Shielding layer:high bending resistance tinned copper wire braid,density≥85%;

Outer sheath:PUR,or modified PVC mixture;

Sheath color:black(BK,RAL9005),gray(GY,RAL7001),green(GN,RAL6018);
